Why we collect your personal data

Technical queries will be forwarded to our helpdesk, trade enquiries will be forwarded to our Wendland sales team and homeowner queries will be passed to your local Wendland supplier.

 

Orders on the Pricing Estimator Email Address We collect this email address so that we email you a copy of your order. We will also return an order confirmation to this email address and use this email to communicate with you regarding the order.  All emails are sent via a secure email server and this data will only be used for order processing purposes.

The legal basis for collecting your personal data

In line with GDPR, the legal basis for processing personal data is based on consent. Every effort has been taken to be transparent and explicit about the reasons for collecting personal data by briefly explaining how we will use your data if you fill in the form. How long do we keep your information?

Any personal information we hold about you will be deleted after 24 months because we know that home improvement and home extension projects can take a while to save up for, plan and eventually build.
